I’m giving my review a 3/5 also because we were given the run around while playing slots and having a good time with few different stories by staff to get out of the building. I’m not sure if this is proper protocol now, but it seems after the pandemic most of Vegas things have changed. The room we stayed in had dirty windows, no room service, no microwave and will not be cleaned unless requested the next day. I have been to other Vegas hotels, and this is by far the bottom of the last 3x I’ve been there.
